Perhaps that same village can help heal a child.
Today i am calling on that village...a global village, but a village non the less, to come together through thoughts and prayer.
Victoria is Battling Toxic Shock Syndrome....most of us have heard of it. We all learned about it in sex ed way back in elementary school, but most of us have never known anyone to have it. It is a serious life threatening infection, that attacks your bloodstream and your organs. The past few days have been extremely scary for her and her family. She is not out of the woods yet. Please say a prayer for her no matter what faith, religion, or spirtual path you have chosen....she could use all of our help. For those of you who have already put her on your prayer chains at church, thank you.
If you have a moment today please leave a little note or comment below this post I will print them out before Sophia and I go to the hospital to visit her Tues. I would love her to be able to feel the power of love, and well wishes from around the world. I firmly belive in the power of prayer and positive affirmations. Oh, and if you wouldn't mind please include where you are located...i think she will get a kick out of how big this *Village* is.
Victoria and Sophia have been best friends since the first grade....as the years have gone by they've become more like sisters, and she has become my 4th ddaughter There is a connection between the two of them you find once in a lifetime. There is a bond there that is so apparent when you see them together, it makes your heart full. And makes you wish you had a friendship like theirs.
Praying for all of you; family and friends. God be with you. Krista- Tennessee

My prayers go out to you. A scripture I want to leave you:
"Be patient in afflictions, for thou shalt have many; but endure them, for,lo I am with thee, even unto the end of thy days."
Doctrine and Covenants 24:8
This scripture always helps me through my trials. I know the Lord loves you so much. Be strong.
